All orders are processed and packaged in our La Trinité workshop, then dispatched under conditions that guarantee the quality and freshness of our product ranges. Only our chocolate, macaroon and confectionery ranges are dispatched (for further details, please refer to the product sheets for each item).
The following delivery methods are available:
- Cycle delivery in Nice - Monday to Saturday, no delivery on public holidays.
- Chronopost Point Relais
- Chronopost 24/48h - delivery - 14€ - free delivery for orders over 100€.
- Chronofresh 24/48h at 4°C (only available in summer, from 1 May)
- Chronopost Europe (excluding Switzerland and the UK)
- CHRONOPOST WORLDWIDE - Canada €35 excl. tax (taxes are included in the product prices if the delivery address is in Canada and the calculation is automatically done by province) / United States €50 excl. tax (no tax)
NO DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER €650 EXCLUDING TAX
DELIVERY ZONES
- Delivery by bicycle is only available in Nice (see delivery areas).
- Chronofresh deliveries are made in France only, excluding Corsica.
- Other types of delivery are made in mainland France, the Principality of Monaco and Europe.
- We do not currently deliver to French overseas departments and territories.

DELIVERY TIMES
In-store collection is available 1 working day after the order is placed on the website.
Shipments are made Monday to Friday, within 24 to 48 working hours of the order date.
