Since Pascal and Valérie Lac opened their first shop in Beaulieu in 1995, the business has kept on growing and made Nice its home.
The brand is respected among its peers and has been a member of the international Relais Desserts association since 2006. It has won the “best of the best” French chocolatiers award 4 times and was recently named.
